3 1/2 weeks out from a back disc injury...kicking up the rehab efforts a bit. still keeping the weights very low, adding a bit at a time. also taking this time to try and drop some weight. last friday's weight was 226.0.

* Squat: 135x5, 165x5, 195x5, 225x5, 230x5

* Drop Sets: 135x5x5 slow and deep with a short pause

* Good Mornings: 5x5 with empty bar

* 4 sets each of:
25 kb swings 20#....probably too light but I thought better safe than sorry
10 cossack squats

6/18:

* Deadlift: 135x5, 225x3, 275x3, 315x2, 345x2

* Drop Sets: 235x8x3

* SLDL: 135x5x5

* Back Extensions 3x10

* 20 minute walk
