Squat is still improving. Weight is obviously far below where I'd like it, but my hips feel stable in the hole, and my back isn't angry with me.

For the glide drills I'm trying to glide into the power position, establish that solidly, and throw, rather than all one movement. When I can do that consistently, I'll try to put it all together.

home from work with a sick kid; I stole 45 min to myself before mom left for work.

one turns x 45 minutes, didn't count. Most were shitty, some were OK. Best throws were when I felt like I was moving too slowly, but those were the throws during which I gave myself time to get the hips down and push.

I've now been sick for two weeks, haven't done anything more strenuous than climb a flight of stairs, can barely eat anything, and to top it off I may have managed to ruin my marriage.

Update:

Flu is done, marriage survives, schedule is still boned. I haven't made it to the gym since 12/14, and I don't realistically see that happening regularly in the near future. Maybe once per week. The best option for me right now is something that I can do at home after my daughter goes to bed, with throwing when I can.

Toys I have at home:
24 and 35 lbs. KBs
15 lbs. slamball
pullup bar
PVC roller
yoga mat
ballistica (still need to buy weights for it)

Priority is to get some weight for the ballistica so that I can use it both as a throwing weight and a core blaster and do a lot of swings, presses, and pullups. I'll probably need to get a bigger bell at some point.
