Gonna get started again. I'm in crap shape. After my ACL last year I never regained my vmo. I don't especially care about asymmetric aesthetic, but the function is lacking. So
1) leg work-box squats and some machine work.
2) cardio. Yup cardio. Lots
3) mobility, alignment etc-tcc yoga etc
4) general strength-mostly bw and kettlebell stuff.

So short and intermediate goal is just to tune up a bit

Club shields or casts. Don't remember which is which. 7.5 kg TAP clubs
2x10

Swings ( from a Geoff neupert program)
1.5 2hand swings
8 reps at top of minute. 20 sets
( program adds one rep each day. Is 3 times/week)

Squats. Just above parallel ( by orthopedist recommendation). First squats since ACL reconstruction and probably for over 2 years

8/6 tai chi for an hour. Yoga w daughter

8/7-stand up paddling a little over an hour. 2,5 miles. Last mile was against wind n current

I fucking hate logging. Especially when my immediate aim is to just work out as many days a week as I can. I am hereby letting this log die. I will be starting a new log in a few months as I have a defined goal for June 14 and will actually wanna track myself.

Do you keep any records in a notebook? Not that it matters to me. sometimes it's just easier to jot something down in between sets.
