Later, 2 mile run at Flat Rock (1/2 trail, a bit hilly). A little slow and not terribly springy in the legs, but my breathing was measured and I didn't let myself walk much.

Run 1/2 mile
100 yard sprints x 5

One set of each:
8 pull ups
20 push ups
14 twisting sit ups on a decline bench
15 hanging rows
15 presses each side (35#)

Circuit, five times
10 squats
4 push up to side planks

150 lb. burlap coffee bag
load to table at waist height from pallet on floor x 3
load to shoulder from pallet on floor x 2
shoulder from the shelf x 6
squat right shoulder x 5
squat left shoulder x 2
bear hug and walk 20 yards x 3

GTA V and All Day IPA during breaks

EDIT:
P.M. with the fiancée. Wedding's approaching, so she's motivated to exercise a little. Usually she hates this stuff, so it was fun to get to do this with her.

Walk 1/2 mile with some hills

One set each of the following:
15 mountain climbers
5 walk outs on hands
15 swings (35#, she used 15#)
50 yard farmer walks w/both kettlebells
34 walking lunges
10 around-the-worlds each side (35#)
8 power curls and rotate torso each side (35#)
6 presses each side (35#)

Later in the day . . .
2 mile run at Lakebottom, no walking.
1 mile walk, plus some stretching and 10 park bench step-ups per leg

Bodyweight is down to 199.5 lbs. this morning. Diet has been on point recently--lots of salads and soups and lean meat--and I'm feeling good.

In the evening . . .
Half an hour of random bodyweight and kettlebell bullshit. Kind of a wasted session, really. More like a mediocre warm up than anything. I should've established a goal from the start--stretching would have been the best goal. Lesson learned.

3 sets of 5 snatches each arm (35#). These hurt my low back, so I quit.
2 sets of 10 swings (35#)
5 sets of 10 swings (55#)
30 squats
25 push ups
15 pull ups
25 twisting sit ups on a decline bench
Push-throw the kettlebells about 30 yards back to the car

150 yards farmer walk (55 and 35#)

Drank too much this weekend, and so I ate drunky junk food two nights in a row. Back on the wagon with salads and Ezekiel bread and stuff today.

Walk 3 miles

I bought some Merrell Barefoot Trail shoes and took them out for a 2 mile run, but within a mile my heels were rubbed raw at the Achilles. I really like everything about these shoes except for this one huge flaw, so this was a bummer. Gonna take them back tomorrow and just keep using my old-ass Asic Onitsuka Chinese zodiac (rabbit) shoes for now. They aren't even athletic shoes, but they've worked well for about two years now.

80 snatches (35#) in 5:00, swapping arms every 10 reps. Not terribly hard, but my left shoulder/pec/bicep was all kinda tight and uncomfortable by the end.

10 clean and press (2x35#) in 2:30

Walk 1.5 miles
