I skipped the gym on Wednesday, hoping it would help me shake whatever cold virus my daughter brought home with her.

Today,
Warmed up with goblet squats and DB snatches.

Incline DB BP: (10, 7, 4)x40.
DB MP: (6, 3, 3)x35.
Pulls to face: (15, 12, 10)x"140" on cable machine.
Woodchops: 3x10x"125" on same machine.
Rotator cuff exercises with light rubberband.

I felt some pain in my right shoulder doing incline BP on Monday and little more today with DB MP. I skipped inclines today and I'm going to play around with other exercise to strengthen my shoulders.

I went to the gym once last week, on 10/1, but forgot to log it. I did squats (10x3x135) and floor press, but I don't remember the details at this point.

DB Incline BP: (10, 7, 5)x35. In addition to going a little lighter, I did these with less incline than I use previously. My shoulders felt better.

I don't know what the big deal about high-altitude training is. I spent Thanksgiving sitting on my ass at my in-law's house in CO, and I don't feel any different than I did before.

I would swear I've been to the gym more recently than 12/10, but I didn't log anything and my memory sucks. Either way, I haven't been for the past couple of weeks, but I did work out in my basement a couple times over the break. Otherwise, I spent the last few weeks (when not working) with my family and our new dog.
