Thanks Mick and HVLN!

Hi Bobby: GS Events for now. I'll do biathlon in October, but after that likely snatch only since I need to take it easy on my knees and jerks just don't seem to be the best thing long term.

Thanks! I actually probably spend more time on the erg (Row and Ski) than I do lifting these days.

Thanks. Yep, I'm registered for WKC event in Chicago and the OKC event in Dallas in December. I've been training very consistently (mainly cardio to build my base with lifting 2-3 days a week) the last 6 weeks. So, without a lot of pressure to do anything specific, I'm going to lift in Chicago and hopefully the consistency will yield decent results in the December meet and the meets in 1Q 2014.

Thanks but those are due to nothing more than OCD attached to working out. I wish I could take credit for it all. Haha.
