Monday Am

6K Row - 28:10 - Avg HR 149

Tuesday Am

2 Mile Run/Walk - 21:26. 10:44/10:42 - Run 90 sec/walk 30sec - Happy with this this since it is only 6 seconds slower than the effort last week where I ran the entire thing.

Tuesday Evening

6K Row - 27:40 - Avg HR 162

Getting lighter - Scale at home isn't consistent, but I have been consistently in the 160s for the last month and clothes are definitely looser.

Saturday

4K Ski Erg - 23 min approx - interrupted by phone calls and text from work
Few min rest
5K Row - < 24 min but not fast

Had a cold so opted not to run

Sunday

Too much going at work and figured another day to recover from the cold would be good.

Monday Am

Not quite 100%

2 Mile Run/Walk - stuck to a 90 sec/30sec ratio most of it. 11:10/11:19 mile times. Running felt good, just cautious and walked more. Felt good afterwards.

Sunday am

1/4 mile warmup. 1 mile at the track. Ran 1st 1/4 in a little over 2:30. After that took 3 walk breaks of less than 30s every 300m or so. Finished in 10:20. I think 100% I could do a sub 10 min mile.

Few hours later

3k ski erg 15:47

10 min snatch @ 14kg (86/91)

Sunday

1 Hour row - 12816m. Test to see if 1/2 Marathon may be doable on Thursday. I can do it provided I hydrate a bit better. This was not that bad. Just haven't done any distance work beyond 10K

Tuesday AM

2 Mile Run/Walk 22 min and something

Wednesday

2k Row - installed the new PM on my rower.

Thursday afternoon

1/2 Marathon - 1:37:57. - I was a bit hungover and fought through leg cramps several times. I think better hydrated I could do this a couple of minutes faster.

Good job. 1:37 is no joke for a female. You're probably ranked pretty high up there for the year.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

Tuesday AM

Short on time
5K Row - 22:28. Tested this pace to figure out what I should push on a 10K

Wednesday Am

10K Row - 44:38 - Goal was to get sub 45. This felt really good and was a 27 sec PR and nearly 3 min better than what I did back in 2014.

Pace on splits

2:15.4
2:14.2
2:13.7
2:13.7
2:12.6

I may be able to beat this time later in the challenge. But this gives me an idea of what I could do on a 5K or 1/2 if I push (and am not hungover).

Tuesday Am

2 Mile Run - 23 Min - slower even though not much walking. Pavement was wet/covered with leaves in places so just being careful.

Tuesday PM

10K Row - 46:13 - easy/moderate effort

Wednesday AM

1K Ski Erg - 5:03 (warmup)
6K Row - 25:52 - PR. 2:09 avg/500M. My 5K time during this would have also been a PR(21:40), but I'll do a 5K soon and see where I land.

100,160M down.
