Friday

7K Row - 32:14 - moderate effort

Saturday

14K Row - 1:05:35

Sunday

"Hot Chocolate 15k/5K" 5K Run - 34:54 - 11:14 pace. Didn't walk and felt comfortable and probably a perfect temp for me to run(high 30s) just sucked standing around for any hour beforehand.

121,160 down on the Holiday Challenge

Monday Afternoon

Easy 5K Row - 23:24

Tuesday - off

Wednesday AM

10K - 43:37 - 2:10.9/500M avg. This is a PR by over a minute from Nov 30th. It was cold and I sort of surprised myself. It was not easy and my heart rate avg was 177.

I need to do a 5K test soon. The 2nd 5k in this 10K was faster than the first. Given what i did on the 6K, I should be able to get a PR - will do that for my hard row next week.

Friday Am

1 Hour Row - 13446. PR for the time frame but not really surprised after the 10K - 2:13.9/500M avg.

Will push a hard 5K early next week, and then likely another 1/2 Marathon before the end. I've got a good idea as to the pace for that and should be able to better my last time by a couple of minutes.

Saturday

1.5 Mile Run/Walk - cold and slick - 18 min
6K Row - 28:29 - easy row

Sunday

15060 Row - 70 Min - Had originally thought I would go for 2 hours but the garage was brutally cold and I had more clothing on than I usually wear and consequently there was more sweat and I didn't bring anything for hydration.

Monday

6K Row - 27:16 - Moderate to Easy effort - practicing the pace i plan to row on the next 1/2.

176,666 total.

Tuesday - planned rest day
Wednesday - unplanned rest day due to lack of sleep.

Thursday AM -

500M Warmup
5K Row - 21:04. PR by 50 seconds. 2:06.4/500 avg. This was an all out effort and I was glad my HR chest belt wasn't working - it was better that I didn't know how high my HR was because I may have backed off - or maybe not.
