250 total KB swings @ 24kg spaced throughout the day in sets of 25.

5/2/2018

9x20 KB swings @ 24kg spaced throughout the day.

Down nearly seven belt sizes since June, largely due to quality of life, less stress, general contentment. Also, intermittent fasting and one gallon plus of water per day.

I live where I work, so I've been banging out swings in between classes.

300 swings spread throughout the day in sets of 20 @ 24kg. Trying to ignore the bell and just move my body, something I borrowed from rowing. Ignore the handle, move your mass and all that.

300 swings throughout the day in sets of 20 at 24kg.

5/12

100 swings before noon in sets of 20 at 24kg. Kids rowed a good race and won over five other crews by over a length of open water between boats in rainy, miserable conditions. It was a good day.

5/13

Feasting for Mother's Day. Breakfast and dinner out, naps in between, and good family time. No swings, but a little fly fishing off the dock.

300 swings throughout the day in sets of 20 at 24kg. Started at 7:30 and finished them by 3 before practice. Back is a little achey. Decompression breathing from Foundation Training is helping.

Hit 100 swings most days, but slipped a little with my boy's 2nd birthday and a visit from the in-laws, plus the end of classes and a championship race. Back on it this week. Going to add in some bodyweight and TGUs because I like them and they make me feel a little more tied together.

Mark Lauren's Mobility Rx series: 27' 2nd workout of the two. Good and humbling to fail at some of the moves.
Foundation Training: 12' 'Flow' workout.

Was going to do some 2x KB carries, but these two were just fine.

Way behind on sleep. Poor time management and work stuff. Just have a few more essays to grade and then tomorrow's going to be a nap day.

No real time in the since last Wednesday w/ parent-teacher conferences, lots of grading, and a need to just be with the family. Need to work on a routine that will survive the next baby due in early January...
