2 KBs and a Microphone

OK, I don't have a microphone.

with 32 kg

Swings x 10

Clean/OHP/Front Squat with both bells x 5

Snatches x 5 each side

Double jerks x 6

This was pretty random, just coming off a years long layoff so I was just seeing what I could do. I've got a couple KB books, I'm going to look through them and find a program I can live with and stick with that for a while.

Double Clean and OHP, done in sets of 5

before work x 3

Through out the evening x 5 or 6.

Still pretty random, just read through "enter the KB" considering dropping back to one bell and running through that program in it's entirety.

Get ups w/32 kg x 2 each side. Wholly more challenging than I thought these would be.

Rotator cuff exercises

11/12
12 min swings w 32 interspersed w/ running w light weights, jump rope, and free squats.

Warmup: jogging, rope

With 32's
Clean and Strict Press: Pyramid to 3
Rope and Jogging between setts

Double swings, Double Cleans, Double high pulls X Many
jogging/rope between sets

The light cardio between sets is nice, keeps things moving, I acutally feel a little stronger on the lifts doing it.

Breathing pretty hard at the end of this

With 32s

Complex of 3 double swings, 3 cleans, three high pulls for about 10 minutes with jogging/rope/pushups between complexes.
