Just put it on my bill

Post by dingleberry » Wed Nov 20, 2013 10:35 pm

So I need to start logging again. Was trying to do it on paper but have been inconsistent.

As best I can remember from the week.

Monday 11/18/13

Front Squat:

Bench Press
5s x 3r x 225

Hanging Leg raise 3s x 10r
Ring dips 3s x 10r
Dumbell Curl 3s x 10r x 35s

Tuesday 11/19/13
Some dumb circuit done by the recruits Monday just to show them it wasn't that bad. (the Captain and a Lieutenant of Training did it with me)

4 laps (.15 mile per lap)
4 towers (7 storys)
40 burpees

then 3, then 2, then 1 42:19

Today 11/20/13
Romanian Dead lift
2 x 5 x 225
Deadlift
3 x 2 x 345
Shoulder Press
5 x 5 x 115

Lat pulldown 3 x 20 x 9 setting on machine
DB front raise 3 x 8x 12
DB side raise 3 x 8 x 12 these done superset style
jumping squat 3 x 10

3 x 4 x 225

I answered a phone call from my estranged soon to be ex wife in the middle of the worksets. It ruined my mojo so shitty workout

3x 10 diamond pushups

10 sets of 5 reps
dead lift @ 185
Db curl @ 40s
Db row @ 55s

Started the rows at 185 after 3 sets bad a lower back pump that hindered standing upright so dropped the weight.

20 minute clock

5 chinup
10 pushup
10 2 hand swing @ 24kg

strive for perfection on every rep

I think it was 14 sets but wasn't really counting; broke a nice sweat but no panic breathing.

Tomorrow's run will probably be canceled by the end of days ice storm that will hit VA according to the weather forecasters.
