100 kb swings x 24kg (some one hand some two hand)
2 TGU each side to hips high x 14kg

3 mile run 25 and something. Left calf cramped at two miles. Had to stop and stretch and walk some. Still sore as a bitch 8 hours later.

3.75 miles run
35 minutes and change

Calves and feet have been hurting. I went and bought new shoes from an actual running store. The guy seemed knowledgeable and I'm willing to pay for expertise. He said I needed less heel drop in the shoes. Guess we'll find out if he scammed me.

3 mile run 25:33

Legs and feet felt better, but gait felt odd with the new shoes.

No run.
Helped girlfriend move, between the lack of her understanding with how a truck should be loaded and my short patience with moving in general it was work enough.

Stupid work got in the way of the planned run.

7 tower climbs with PPE and SCBA, a sweaty mess at 1 pm in the VA heat and humidity.

4 x 6 Pendlay row
3 x 12 ring row +10#

squat is at 305 for sets across (gotta be a rep/set pr)

Wasn't even that difficult, not more than 1:30 rest between all sets

Squat 4 x 5, couldn't find my comfort zone under the bar for the fifth set so stopped. Will stay at 315 next session

Press 5 x 5

Pendlay row 3 x 10

Ring dip 1 x 13 +10#, should have done two more sets.

Stress doesn't make me want to exercise, it makes me lazy. Today I was lazy cause work sucked all week

Marathon plan starts Monday

squats
3 x 5, 1 x 10
OH press
3 x 5, 1 x 10
Pendlay row
3 x 10
Ring dip +10#
2 x 14, 1 x 7

Was going to change the weights routine because of running as the focus but it's working well so not going to screw with it. Did change to 3 set of 5 instead of 5 with a really light set of 10 as back off set
