3 mile run
27:30
2 x 25 swings @ 32kg
2 x 2/arm kb armbar @ 12kg
If any kb experts are reading, does the weight on the armbar matter? New movement for me and I'm just trying to improve my right shoulder's range of motion.

Slower than I wanted but still under the 10 min/mile pace I'm shooting for during the marathon.

Some random xfitter type thing.
200M
2 towers (7 floors)
30 pushups
40 squats
x 3
Around 20 minutes. Don't know if I accomplished anything or just got sweaty.

Little under 2 hours.
Ran without a watch because I wanted to concentrate on just running comfortably. Need to start carrying water, very dehydrated at the end.

Re: Everything old is new again
This time of year about an hour before dawn is all I can manage without needing extra water. I try not to even run in the sun if I can possibly avoid it. I lost 7 pounds of water on my 8 mile run this morning.dingleberry wrote:12 miles

I'd recommend trying out your marathon hydration and eating during your long runs so you can sus out what works for your gut. My stomach is uber sensitive to the wrong type/timing of food when I run. To make it more like race day, stash your water and food in your mail box and run short loops and treat the mailbox like a water station at the marathon.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.
