Currently working midnight shift. current weight approx 295 lbs.
Goal 1 is to change body composition to reduce pot belly and with it hypertension.
Today did a brief yoga routine I do aimed at increasing lower body mobility: Start with one sun salutation, holding poses for ten breathes. Follow with seiza; child's pose; kneeling lunge/back bend; split; kneeling lunge/backbend; pivot into seated twist; fire log; hurdler stretch; shin box; pigeon pose; child'e pose. repeat on other side.
The sun salutations particularly the down dogs help my plantar fasciitis. The rest of it prepares me for the flowfit I intend to do.

8jan2014 20 mins of FlowFit/ eleven rounds completed.
I will do this more, aiming at the recommended four day cycle. so tomorrow is the same again, trying for one more round completed than I did today.

11jan2014 FF lvl 2 twenty mins/14 rounds. Could have gutted out one or two more in the time allotted, but passed experience suggests I save a little back.

Mild headache beginning approx minute 15, suspect blood pressure is spiking.

yoga: one slow sun sal segued into what I call FITS (fix my ilio-tibial band syndrome) . kneeling lunge back bend- front split-kneeling lunge back bend-seated twist- fire log- hurdlers stretch- shin box-pigeon. repeat other side. about forty minutes worth.
OT why is 4 spelled four but 40 spelled forty? shouldn't the root stay the same? fourty? fucking english spelling.

training has been sporadic; I was having real trouble keeping to a schedule. here's what I've been able to do since last update:
25Feb FlowFit lvl2 20min 10 rounds.

12feb FlowFit lvl2 20min 12 rounds. cooldown yoga 30 secs each: down dog, table, king pigeon, wheel.
13feb "King of Clubs" a Sonnon clubbell program: using a 45lb clubbell, 90secs work/30secs rest of guard squat, side swing, lever press, side pendulum, front swing. repeat with grip change. rep score:Left side 25/25/16/10/20. right side 25/25/16/10/20.

17feb fflvl2 20min 13 rounds
19feb Yoga: sun salutation childs pose kneeling lunge, chin box, hurdler stretch, fire log, twisted sit, pigeon. repeat other side.

27feb KoC score L 25/25/15/10/15 R 23/17/10/10/15
28feb FF lvl2 13 rounds.

12mar KoC L 26/26/17/11/22 R 26/26/17/11/24
13mar FF lvl2 15 rounds.

18mar KoC L 30/30/16/12/20 R 30/30/16/12/20
19mar FF lvl2 16 rounds
