Rebuilding of the Sith!

My main thing is martial arts, everything else except my family somehow either must serve that end or be subservient to it.

This log is more about my S&C though, while I will list MA training this is npot a log to that end and some of that I am going to be more secretive about anyways.

Checked with the Doc, bottom line, shit is going to hurt sometimes but everything is where it needs to be so there are no reasons for all the start and stop of the last year out of fucking fear, that sit is over.

The Goals: Short term (Now through March) - To get back into regular strength and conditioning training through KBs. Body weight, Yoga, hikes/jogs and doing chores. MA training will factor in as well, depending upon the energy expenditures and muscles worked and level to which they are worked.

Mid Term April,, May, June - To achieve a decent S&C baseline to expand from.

Long term (Late Fall/Winter) - To get a Hex bar and start hitting real weights again.

I want to phase into working with the seasons for next year.

AM- 1 Hour of stickwork with a student

PM- Alternating Clean and Military Presses and Pull up (Ledge) singles 6 sets with 36 and 53KBs. Did not count reps.

Hardcore, very physical fucking!

Jan1 -Rest, sleep, sit on ass.

Jan 2

PM- ChoreFit
Loaded 6 whell burrows of forewood to take from back and stack in front.
Unearthed a pile of logs to dry out for later stacking
Split 3 stumps into firewood.

Starting next week, the program will be
Sunday (Strength)
a Chice between ChoreFit or some Skrongman KB or a bit of both.

Monday ( Strength-Skill and Flexability)

Yoga and GTG Push ups with plank and Pull ups (6-8 sets each drill)

Tuesday (Ju Jutsu night)

No S&C 2 Hour Ju Jutsu class (hit it hrder)

Weds. (Strength and Conditioning GPP)

Kettlebells S&C

Thursday (Flexibility and strength-skill)

Power Yoga w/ Pull ups and rows. Optional JJ class that night.

Friday No S&C

Saturday MA Day

Combatives and Pugilism, lots of cardio and fight endurance in there.

There should be 2-3 appointments with students to train Weapons and Combatives, 1-2 sessions training my sons in MA and PT and 1-3 random MA solo practices for myself with in the week as well.

MA outside teaching and training, Chore Fit and Impromptu Cleans, Snatches and Pill presses with KBs the last few weeks.
