Starting off my log here. Currently coming off a December layoff as things just got way too crazy to do any meaningful training. I'm working my way through a Jim Steel (UPenn strength coach) program to get back into the swing of things, and will hopefully be getting back into regular MA training later this year as well.

Notes: Not feeling the bench today. Felt shitty and weak even during the warmup. Swapped to the Hammer Strength chest press after the first work set, but had to drop the weight a fair amount. Probably dropping my training max a little for the rest of this cycle. Not sure if it's a bad day or the layoff or what. Good progress on the other main lifts though, so I'll leave them be.

Thanks. Keeping things going has been difficult at best lately between work, school, and these random snow storms. The new gym I'm looking at is ridiculously awesome and is 24/7 so hopefully that'll alleviate some of the scheduling issues.
