Notes: New program and a new job all in the same week. Will be lifting exclusively on the weekends due to time constraints during the week. Tried some different accessory work, the new leg curl machine just sucks, so back to the old lying curl machine. The newer row machine actually feels different and feels like I'm actually doing something useful, so I'll leave it in. Plan on working in some light running and body weight stuff during the week to hopefully stave off office work induced fatassedness.

Notes: Bench and overhead press coming right along. Trying different things for accessory work. Think I'll keep the dips but drop the reps and add weight. The curls feel good but I'll probably have to slow down the progression on them due to the extra upper body work on Sundays. The press downs were okay but may look elsewhere for triceps isolation work.

Notes: So this new work schedule has completely laid waste to my plans for weights on the weekends and body weight stuff and conditioning during the week. Basically having to push any errands and house work to the weekend puts a serious dent in available gym time.

Now I've decided to simply hit the gym 5x a week after work. It's a "working on things I've sucked at for far too long" program. Power cleans and heavier clean pulls with chins after Tuesday and Thursday with running and Shaf Ladder (R) style bench pressing the other 3 days. This is inspired by bits and pieces of things I've read here regarding minimalism, ladders, and rugby training. No idea on the overall effect this will all have together but it'll be nice to zero in on traditional weaknesses of mine for a bit.

Run still sucked but sucked less than last time so making slight progress. Damn near had to go hands on with an idiot frat boy who thought I took *his* parking spot. Really dislike the manchildren that show up for the adult basketball league. Sorry dude being the token white boy on your team doesn't make you as hardcore as you apparently think it does.

Notes: Bench is moving right along, the ladders are feeling really good. Had a work blow up happen half a mile into my run that necessitated calling it a day. Notes: Time constraints and equipment availability forced some changes. Thinking incline bench actually feels good as a sub on the days a flat bench isn't available. The bike saves some time since I don't have to change shoes or even leave the area like I do with running.

Notes: Have been inconsistent in training due to work and other unforeseen circumstances but I can tell I'm making progress. Last rep on the bench was a little shaky, probably due to inconsistently training and serious lack of sleep over the last week or so. Thinking about switching up programs after next week just so I can hit a complete *something* before a mid month trip I've got planned in August.
