2014.06.16PM; new log...long story short, I have been very sick. As I predicted, jiu-jitsu and lifting triggered my chronic sinus problems and I have been laid out with flue-like symptoms. This happened back in February, and before that in November. I have demanded, and received, referrals to a pulmonologist and allergist, so hopefully I will be able to get the bottom of my problems as they are incredibly disruptive to my work and play.

That said, I refuse to give up. Since I was only 2.5 weeks into 10 week cycle, I am just beginning again. In translating the Faleev book I have already discovered some things I have been doing wrong, so I hope to improve my performance over the previous attempt. My first jiu-jitsu training was last Friday.
