Been out of the gym with being busy, fighting off fall allergies, etc. Back in the saddle today with easily managed weights.

Press behind neck 75x12, 12
Bent-over row 95x15, 15, 15
Bench press 135x12, 12, 12
Barbell curl 75x10
Breathing squat 185x15, 15
ss with
Dumbbell pullover 25x20, 20
SLDL 135x15
Leg raise 25

Pull-ups between sets of whatever I felt like doing pull-ups between. McCallum's Time Factor program.

Some steep hills, but nice and easy. 9:30 pace.

Last night:

Squat 125x5, 155x5, 185x5, 215x5, 245x5
Bench 110x5, 140x5, 165x5, 195x5, 220x5
Row 85x5, 105x5, 130x5, 150x5, 170x5

This morning:
Run 3.25 miles
About a 9:15 pace.
Phone screen went from shitty to FUBAR during the run, so I get to take a half day and replace my iPhone.

Not as good a night's sleep last night, so a slower pace today. About a 9:40. Nice and easy.
