After an extended layoff it seems that it's time to get back to the grind. Life seems to have gotten in the way of fitness lately and other than a few body weight workouts and some attempts at running I haven't been doing much as it seems that life and work have gotten in the way of fitness.

Your preferred flavor of Autoreg for the beat-up, high-mileage Gen-X'er is the way to go if you do not have competitive aspirations in the coming year.

Also:
Frequency first.
Volume second.
Intensity third.
