Yard

L4 C2: 8625m/ 2:19.1/500m avg/ 19spm

I reset my base pace rates based on my last 2k row and started my stroke per each piece at a few hundred meters lower than my last piece at the old rates. Felt good today although the really low stroke rate (16 spm) is still hard for me to maintain.

C2 at the yard:

L1. Target pace 1:50/500m

1:46.9
1:47.6
1:45.5
1:47.3
1:48.8
1:50.5

ave: 1:47.7/500m, 31 spm

Pretty happy with this to start a new progression. Hopefully I can get this down to a 1:40 avg. Staying away from chins for a bit due to some odd elbow tendonitis around my humorus.
