Nice BnB reference. Glad your issues cleared up with the Rusty Hammer therapy. Still swimming?

warm up: halos, goblet squats, hip bridges
c&p: 3x(1,2,3) (16kg)
row: tabata: 5x20 on/10 off (516m; 2:00.5 average pace)
stretched out hips and back. still feeling tight. it will take a week or 2 to break back into this.
EDIT: Johno, no, I have not gone back to the swimming. I think it was all the overhead work and rotation that aggravated my nerve issue. Now that I'm back to lifting, I want to go slow and easy. Build up the strength base and stay with the stretching. I sit at a desk about 10 hours a day, so I'm sure that is the biggest factor.

Ok so I have not been posting in a long while. But here's where I'm at:
been playing tennis 2x week x 1 hour since late June. Usually Monday and Thursday nights.
Started the 100 day burpee challenge on August 1st. Today is August 25 and I'm still on track. Have not missed a day. Just want to see if I can complete the challenge.
