Fat Guts diet journal.

I am fat.

I will not weigh myself for 2 months.

This will just be a food log. Exercise is P.H.A. style circuits as often as possible. Van Aaken jogging in the a.m. and/or p.m. would be nice but fucking crazy talk at this point.

Step the first: get my food choices in line. I am trying for eggs, meat, cheese, fresh fruit, brown rice and vegetables. Fast food and pre-prepared food = I AM DOING THIS WRONG.

Step the second: get macros in line. Zone Diet at first and then tweak from there.

4/20/15

Breakfast
2 bananas and 5 hard boiled eggs and coffee

Lunch
2 bananas, cheese and a can of salmon w/mayo and lemon juice and pepper.

Hunza rice: brown rice and dried apricots cooked in chicken broth.
Cheese
1/2 pineapple (no shit)

Straight shoot some cruel bitch tried to give me fresh cider donuts in the afternoon? Wanted to kick her in the shins.

Also, I have some of the kinobody stuff...the concepts are pretty good, the aggressive fat loss one seems to be a kind of intermittant fast with 2 meals a day. You interested in looking at that?

I would. I have a lot of self-experimentation with IF so that would be cool...

My palate is cleared at this point lulz... The sauerkraut was like whoah this is the best sauerkraut EVAH!

Where are the vegetables? I used a nutribullet to increase my intake FWIW. Good luck with the fat loss.

I am going to try and standardize my diet as much as possible. It does not feel like a burden so far...

The egg whites will be key to reaching my protein goals. They have almost no taste so I am just going to chug them raw.

I am fighting it, but the next step is to weigh everything and get a calorie measure...

Then move as many calories and especially carbs before 2pm as possible.

Strength levels up and motivation is good.

Needless to say, if my lazy ass would jog an hour a day I would be making much better progress...

Unexpected travel. 80% effectiveness with diet.

6'4" and 240 as of two days ago. Did take a River Monster of a shit though just before so may be more like 270 in real life. Fuck me that is shameful. I should weigh no more than 210 with this amount of muscle mass.

The P.H.A. served me well. Engine is acceptable. Of course without the strength work I have no real bottom end but ONE CAN NOT HAVE EVERYTHING IN THIS VALE OF TEARS>

Everything still on track.

Have been hitting 250g Protein a day spread out by eating some every 2-3 hours. This plus some gatorade right before makes w/o's an entirely different thing.

I did the breakdown for yesterday and the cals are waaaaaaay too high. I am going to have to knock out the cheese and work in plain chicken and ground beef to keep the cals in line.

I had no idea I was such a cheese perv...

Still on track.

The walking/jogging + w/o every day caught up to me and I got achy and unmotivated.

I am going to go to a 3 day a week w/o with the walking every day at lunch and ramp up the cals burned.

If I keep losing I will ramp up the w/o to 6 days a week over time.

If I am not losing enough I will go to 2 walking/jogging sessions on non-w/o days.

I am also going to cut way back on carbs and target them around workouts and/or jogging.

I do not really like eating carbs all day.

You have worked out your kcals wrong.

52g of pure fat at 9kcals per gram only equals 468kcals,

52g of cheese is probably around 200kcals

were your reading the joules figure?
I'd say on the bottom of that self-actualisation pyramid shit, proper decent coffee is in there with wifi, tits, food and shelter

Good catch. I don't have the paper I did the calculations on but I remember going over the cheese calculations twice and being shocked. So, I am going with kcals correct and amount eaten incorrect. I think I ended up having eaten about 7 servings of Cabot Seriously Sharp in 6 snacks... The cheese was out and I just broke off a hunk and weighed it and wrote down the amount. My brain does this kind of thing to me... I will find an ostensibly healthy food and then "unconsciously" ramp up my snacking on it until it reaches the sabotage level... Bastard raisins and nuts are the same way...

I blame my big clumsy hands and how tiny and tasty those 100 kcal hunks of cheese look when I hold them.

I've since gone cold turkey on the cheese and things are moving along quite well... It has joined the group of things I just can not eat in reasonable amounts at this point.
