D: walking lunges x 15/15
E: reverse flys x 15
F: Incline flys x 15
G: Dragon twists x 15
I was going to try and do some hamstring stuff but using the TRX for this is so contrived. Next time I'll bring my 16KG KB and just fit in some swings.
