Troll hunter - Invictus

Rough, year so far, I had a relapse and ended up back in hospital, I have schizoaffective disorder, which had been stable for a while, my daughter is currently in hospital with bipolar, seems my fucked up family genes run in the family.

I am currently 98kg overweight at 5, 8"

Started back easy diet, easy training basically just a mix of kettlbell presses, swings and snatches for how ever long I feel like, just trying to move more and eat less kind of deal.

Returned to the mats for jiu jitsu been out for 9-10 weeks, tachycardia impacted on how I roll, mixed witb low conditioning levels was hard work, took it as easy as I could. Was great to be back on the mats.

I have to have blood work done every week because of the medication I'm on can cause white blood cell counts to lower, so i get meds under a traffic light system green means go, amber, hold and check and red stop

Today I got amber result have to have another blood test to double check its wither low or ok, nervous as these meds so far have been great.

30 mins joint mobility and yogic type exercise.

No plans to follow at the minute just workout more days than I don't, feels teh ghey using only kettlebells and bodyweight. No access to gym for proper weights, so I will continue with my adhoc regime. So if someone has a great kb program to follow let me know.

This week is the week I tighten up my diet, I'm eating way to much through habbit so this has to stop.

Any kind of escalated density training type set up is good as well.

For example
Set the timer for 10-15 minutes
Superset
Alternating floor press and renegade rows.

Do you have access to a medball or battling ropes? I like medball slams or double rope slams supersetted with swings.

For pure simplicity and turning off higher brain function it's hard to beat one arm long cycle for extended periods switching hands every minute or every few minutes.

Meds are being upped again but no longer splitting the dose, so that should help with the lethargy and tiredness.
