Haven't trained seriously in about 2 years for the last couple of months I have been able to get in 1 or 2 session a week, I'll try to step it up to 2 sessions or 3/week.

Warmed up with a 16 kg kbell: snatches,clean and press,halo's,around the body pass.

-Bench press worked up to 90kg for 5 then did one arm bench press with the kbell for 12 each arm.
-Some incline chest supported row's with barbell 50kg squeezing 2 sec at the top 3 sets 12 reps.
-Bw rows on the TRX 3 sets of 10
-One set of dips.
-2 sets of kbell towel curls with the 24kg.

Some lame cardio 15 mins of exercise bike HR over 120 hip-flexors felt like shit next day

Today did some Kbell stuff

Swings/goblets squats with the 16: 10/5/10/4/10/3/10/2/10/1

And 5 mins of TGUP with the 16 again alternating hands did around 12 I think.

Notes to self:
-Hang on the pullup bar at the end of every session feels good...

-And mixing kbell with barbell work makes me feel a lot better, also adding unilateral work with the kbel makes me feel good and not as beat up as just doing barbell work.
