Changing this up. I'm currently playing Gaelic Football and Hurling with a local club. Along with BJJ.

Lots of sprinting.

Today was an easy day.

Pull up ladder 10,8,6,4,2 reps

Mobility and light conditioning routine:
50 jumping jacks
10 pushups
20 windmills
10 pushups
20 bend and reach
10 push ups
50 side hops (bottom portion of a jumping jack)
10 push ups
50 hops back and forward(alternating legs)
10 push ups
50 toe hops
10 burppees
30 mountain climbers
10 push ups
5 minute agility drills
All done for flow. Or is that trade marked?

2 mile run easy pace
Arms are the only true badge of liberty. The possession of arms is the distinction of the free man from the slave.

I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.

Tuesday 11-10

Off day

single rotation in the morning through my Mobility and light conditioning routine:

50 jumping jacks
10 pushups
20 windmills
10 pushups
20 bend and reach
10 push ups
50 side hops (bottom portion of a jumping jack)
10 push ups
50 hops back and forward(alternating legs)
10 push ups
50 toe hops
10 burppees
30 mountain climbers
10 push ups
5 minute agility drills

Wednesday 11-11

2 rounds of my super not so secret Mobility and light conditioning routine:

50 jumping jacks
10 pushups
20 windmills
10 pushups
20 bend and reach
10 push ups
50 side hops (bottom portion of a jumping jack)
10 push ups
50 hops back and forward(alternating legs)
10 push ups
50 toe hops
10 burppees
30 mountain climbers
10 push ups
5 minute agility drills

100, 200 and 300 meter sprint along side a road in "Buttfuck Egypt" Iowa out side the Super 8 motel I was staying at.
I kind lost count of how many reps- somewhere between 1.5 and 2.0 miles.

Thursday 11-12

Pulls up

2 mile run easy pace. I have a tendon on the bottom of my right foot that has been bothering me, so a nice easy run to give it some time off from sprints.
