Tried working out in a gym, didn't like the vibe too any douchebagsin weights pit and didnt enjoy deadlifting and squats( lower back doesn't like these). Main goals are to be injury free and to look in reasonable shape naked which will require a diet to support this goal.
Training will involve:
Push ups
Pullups/rows
Swings
Tgu
Windmill
Club mills and swipes
Goblet/front/spilt squats
Yoga/mobility/stretching
BJJ (standard)
Mainly I just want to feel, look good and enjoy Jiu Jitsu
On a side note the new transformers movie was being filmed in my home city this weekend, was cool to see bumblebee and a £1.2m Lamborghini
In real life my son loved it.

Mobility and stretching 20 mins, hips, hamstring and quad focused using bodyweight, kettlebell and bands
BJJ, half guard bottom defenses versus knee slide and back step, 5 x 5 minute rounds rolling, felt sick during the last roll, used my big girl pants and carried on.
