12kg half snatch - 22 minutes switch on the minute
Later evening - Two 12 minute easy mobility sessions.
Maybe I should have titled the training log Here We Go Again, because here we go again.
Current Status: recovering.
Some bad choices, dietary and training, along with those mid life things of added work responsibilities, personal stresses, family responsibilities, etc. led to a bit of crash.
I am coming off a longer phase of heavy (for me), short sessions (think anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes). At one point it was frequent with a lot of walking. But then it went from 6 sessions a week to two..with no walking.
Weight has gone up, kind of crashed, and now feeling like complete crap.
So....rebuilding the cardio base. Rotating half snatches, one arm long cycle, and mixing in heavy-hand shadow box sessions.
When I re-started, I was in terrible shape. 6 minutes, switching on the minute, gassed me. But I've taken it slow, adding 2 minutes here when I can.
We will see where this takes me...but I need to rebuild.
