Trained with a few friends who came up for the deadlift clinic I ran this morning. Good turnout, about 20 or 25 people. It was fun. Ladders are still plugging away, rep by rep.

Hopefully my knee is good enough to at least do my deadlifting EMOM on Monday. Squatting will probably be out for another week, at best.

Knee felt okay'ish. I'm going to do ten-pound jumps, but keep to 3x5 for a while. So I'm looking at 105 for Monday.

EMOM'ed the deadlift for the second time this week, because I'm switching my days around. I'll do deadlift variations or accessories on Monday, and the DL EMOM on Thursdays. Oddly enough, the 435 pulls felt better than the 425 on Tuesday. I think I'll add a belt around 455? 465?

Spent this morning preparing and handling my top athlete, and then trained my other two folks. I was tired, and hungry, and sober. All things I hate.

Neck work, stretching.

Tried to do GHR work, but I have a pain behind my right knee that I picked up two weeks ago.

On the plus side, my right knee felt okay during the squats.

I have a pissed off left forearm, so I might switch up my DB rowing for a bit during the week.

I think arched-back GCB goodmornings are in order soon, and maybe some banded or chain DL work on my light day. We shall see.
