Back kip, front kip, front rolls at start level. (first level of front roll is muscleup, wich i can not do :) so it -1 level)

Almost stopped GMB Rings2. It is suposed that i can do muscleup, but i can not.
So i will continue only those movements where i got good progress - front and bac lever and handstand.
And will do some drills from Rings1, to keep trying muscleup.

50 pushups.

I stopped rings, not ready to them.
Now will do just variants of pullups, dips, handstand pushups, etc
And yoga from time to time.

Its not free hs pushups, legs are on parallel bars. but still, its a record with head touching ground.

Was rainy outdoors, so trained at home and decide to do test 5*5 Wall-handstand pushups on palms with head touching the floor.
Did it very easy, maybe too much easy, so this phase is ended, no only on parallettes.
