woke up sober on a Saturday for the first time since my dad died. Hadn't actually noticed how much it had crept in.

then stayed awake for next 36 hours attending to work so training was derailed.

Sorry to hear about your old man, Odin. I hope you are doing well under the circumstances.

Your training seems to cover all the bases one could wish for so good job on that!
It seems that the meditation/pranayama aspect of your training has a central focus. Any specific reason for that? What do you do in that hour or however much it is?
There is a vast difference between treating effects and adjusting the causes.
