3. Easy roadwork - 45 mins,,.. very easy paced jog with a set of box jumps, push presses and ball slams every 5 mins

4. Stretch

Still tired from sat. Also, I’m going too heavy on the swings. I need to think speed....

OAClean, push press and fsq @ 28kg x 1

1 Rep every 15 secs for 2 mins then rest a minute.

4. Iyt’s x 3 x 15

5. Stretch

6. Easy jog later on

Have carried on running qd with some added presses afterwards and on alternate days do an otm thing with goblet squats and chins.
