2019.03.06PM; Kanewai Run x 2 mi. at a clip. I am timing my runs again with the goal of improving my 2-mile time.

Unfortunately, my right Achilles' tendon is really not feeling good today; I should have stretched more and am feeling it now. Hopefully a couple of days rest from running and some stretching will make it go away.

2019.03.07PM; the 5 x 10 finisher squats were brutal after the 1 x 24. I haven't had stitches in my legs like that in a long time.

2019.03.09AM; pressing felt pretty good but I could tell I was feeling fatigued from Thursday's squats.

1. Press 3 x 3, 3, 11
2. Press 5 x 10
3. Ring Rows 5 x 12

...finished up with 2-hours on the trail. I am getting ready for a week of hiking and camping in Haleakalā National Park on Maui, so I'm eager to not do anything to fuck myself up prior to that. Full packs at 10,000 feet or more so gotta have healthy knees and ankles.
