...finished the training day in the late evening with Assault Bike x 30:00 (8.2 mi.). Notice my mileage improving in the same time window, so I must be improving modestly.

2020.11.22PM; Cycle 22, Week 3, Day 2...today was for taking the kids to the range for the day and I had to help my brother with some plumbing, so not much time. Broke in my new AR and my son really hit his stride with the .22 LR and .44 Mag Henry rifles--he was ringing the small bell at 50 yards--so all was well.

Hit a big vanity PR on the deadlift, although I had to keep the workout brief.

2. Chins 4 x 8 @ BW
