Got out of the habit of logging my workouts. I've been training consistently, but was dealing with a foot problem (plantar eff you) that slowed me down. It healed up. I'm not going to back log. Moving forward.

The basic template -
Sat jog
Sun KB/lift
Mon jog
Tue KB (sport/endurance focused)
Wed jog
Thu KB/lift
Fri off

Something like that. The KB work and jogging I've been doing for a couple of weeks now. The lifting part is new and started today. Last week I also brought back in tracking steps and doing a lot of walking. I've bot my bike out of the garage and getting it tuned and back to road worthy so will start biking again soon as well.

1 arm KB clean and press 24kg x (5, 5) rotated with 25kg goblet squats x 5 - 2 sets

short workout, felt really tired today.

Wasn't feeling the KB endurance thing today. IDK.....it may be time to take a break. It's hot. I'm tired. Maybe just lift three days a week and run 2 or three days a week for awhile.

In Mother Russia, does not get this hot. Must account for this when planning trainings. Vodka + boredom + cold = much with kettlebell. When is hot, better to not overheat. Brain will melt. Is not good to have brain melt.

Lol...thank you for the advice. It's true. I should look to our Russian brothers for guidance when it comes to matters of the bells. Lesson learned. Fuck KB lifting in the summer.
