Then two sets of pullups with bands.
Then one set holding in pullup top position
HS pushups 3*4
Two setsof holding in pullup top position
Pegtop 2/2

Decide start serious with chest to bar pullups attempts.

Bent arm handstand on palms, decide start free hs pushups progression again.
Vsits
Tuck plance.
Pullup holds two sets.
Pegtop 7/7 (most intense move from my workout so far, pulse always jumping after it)
Airsquats 50.
