Previous week the head was ached, I took some drugs, but only on the fifth or sixth day understood it blood pressure again.
So I took week off and Increased dose of drugs :(

Now start to train again, but decide to cancel HS pushups and yoga.
will do standard dips on pb instead of hs pushups and just some stretching instead of yoga.

Today.
Handstands.
Pullups 5,4,4
Chest to bar pullups with bands 4,3,3
Dips 10,10
Korean dips 5,5
Raising legs to bar 6,6,6
air squats 50.

New season of indoors training.
Goal for this winter is free handstand pushups, so i will do pike pushups nose to the floor till be able to do 5*5.
