Journey of a Natty Brah

Inspired to keep a log on here again by the recent natural thread. Training is pretty simple. Aiming to hit the numbers below by the end of the year, ideally at a slightly lighter body weight. Adding in accessories to get more swole.

Currently weighing in at 220lbs. I’m about 5’8.

Squat: 150kg x 20
Dips: +40kg x 10
Pull up: +20kg x 10
Deadlift: 220kg x 10
Bench: 140kg x 5
Push Press: 100kg x 10

- Squats: 140kg x 11,10,10 (2 mins rest)
- Deficit RDL: 140kg x 10,8,8
- Dragon Flags: 8 second negatives: 5,5,5
- Giant Set: Russian Twists (10kg), Toes 2 Bar, Weighted Leg Raises: 20,20,20,20,20

- Strict Press:
- 70kg x 8,8,8
- Incline Bench:
- 100kg x 7,7,6
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
- 20kg’s x 15,15,15
- Giant Set: Lateral Raise/Band Pull-Aparts/Facepulls: 15,15,15

Hanging Leg Raises: BW x 10
Weighted Leg Raises: 20kg x 10
Russian Twists: 20kg x 20
Reverse Bench Crunch: BW x 20
Dragon Flag: BW x 5

Very sore, been a theme the last week with bad sleep.

Quick easy pump session.

Superset
- Barbell Rows: 100 kg x 10,10,10
- Dumbbell Bench: 40kg bells x 10,10,10

Superset
Weighted Dips: +20kg x 8,8,8
Pull-ups: BW x 6,6,6
