Had some kind of stomach flu which screwed up training this week. Anyway I feel better now and had a good workout today.

Double Mil Press with 2 70s 6x5
Double Mil press with 2 88s, 2x3, 1x2

All work with 2 25lb clubs

Alternating Shield Cast 2x5
Double Shoulder Cast 2x5
Double Arm-pit cast 2x5

Double Mil press 2x70sx3, 2x88s2,2x70sx3,2x88sx2 (felt weak on presses today but that is not surprising. Pressing always go down fast and I have not done much pressing for two weeks do to seminars on the east coast)

Renegade Row 2x5
Double Front Squat 2x6 (these felt great. No strength loss)
One-arm Windmill 2x5 l,r
Double Swing 2x5

It is a great grip and bicep exercise. I have not done direct bicep work for a long time and I am just throwing some work in for a change of pace.

I see you are passive/aggressive again after being just aggressive for a couple of months. I know it's been very confusing for you, leading a double life as a strength coach in California, and some kinda creepy gay theater dude in Pennsylvania, but you have got to make up your mind.

Handstand Pushup 2x5 (have not done these for a while and forgot how much I like them. I am going to do them GTG style tomorrow and at least once a week from no on)

Workout

Double Renegade row with 2 88s 1x5, 1x4 (did not shift my weight and focues on staying in the same position. Much harder then shifting weight to the side you are pulling. I like the feel and will stick with it)

Double Front Squat with 88s 1x8, 1x5 (2 second pause on each rep)
Hack squat with 1 88lb bell 2x3

One-arm Windmill with 1 88lb bell 2x5 l,r
Double Swing with 88s 3x5 (explosive and fast)

Alternating clean from hang position with 2 88s 1x5

Ironwoody tricep Pushdowns with small bands 2x5 (grabbed the bands higher up for more resistance)
