1. Weight Vest Step-ups: 25# x 40 minutes

9.11.20

1. Tom Merrick Fundamentals 3 – Week 1, Day 1
w/u x 2 sets – arm swings x 10, table top lift x 10, dorsal pushup x 10, lunge x 10

Strength A - :90 rest b/t sets
A1. Parallel Bar Dips (I did ring dips): 3s x 3r - taking it easy on the dips due to iffy shoulders and prone to elbow tendonitis
A2. Chin Up: 3s x 5r

Strength B: :60 rest b/t sets
B1. Hands Elevated Pike Push-ups: 3s x 7r
B2. JS Band Face Pull: light x 3s x 12r

Strength C: :60 rest b/t sets
C1. Goblet Cyclist Squat: 2x25# x 4s x 12r - this was done with heels elevated and DBs held at shoulders so it was more like a front squat
C2. DB Romanian DL: 2x25# x 4s x 12r

2. Merrick Full Body Flexibility 2 - Week 1, Day 2

Ordered a GoRuck 20L Rucker today so I am looking forward to putting that to a lot of use when it arrives. Sort of a gift to myself for getting a promotion and raise today.

Ruck with 25# load x 1 hour 43 minutes @ 5.69 miles

1. Rode Briar Chapel Trails x 2 hours 5 minutes@ 14 miles

9.14.20

I did a 20 minute Tabata workout and a flexibility routine with my son tonight for his PE class assignment so no Merrick calisthenics workout. I also did the JS Flexibility routine and Rumble Roller everything. Will pick back up with my normal routine tomorrow night.
