10x ankle to bar
40-foot DB Crawl @ 25# - did not do, no place to do it
5x Kneeling Plate Halfmoon @ 35#
5x Bird Dog

3)2 rounds - did not do, ran out of time
45 second Jane Fonda
50x Shoulder Hand Job, unweighted

My daughter has a basketball game tonight so I won't have time to do the scheduled BMTP workout. Will probably do a 15 or 20 minute ashtanga yoga session.

Guess I'll start back logging here. I finished up Rob Shaul's Big Mountain Training Plan so now I am just going to do yoga, some KB stuff, and ride as much as usual for a couple of weeks before I start the GMB Elements program.

Still just doing yoga randomly and riding. Work is kind of fucked right now. I should never have left my last company. I loved it there and don't like my new job at all. Working on getting back on the engineering side of things. If I can't work my way back in to my old company, then I would at least like to get on with a civil firm. Fuck, architectural CAD sucks balls. Or maybe even some sort of CEI (Construction Engineering Inspection) or something similar.

I've decided tostay the course with yoga, riding, and assorted other things like timed sets of of the health snatch, weight vest step-ups, sandbag getups, pullups, and perhaps throwing in the circuits of The Royal Court. At least for another month or so.
