Been doing the same shite; yoga and riding. Went to Boone on vacation last week. It rained most of the time but I was still able to ride Rocky Knob 3x. Also, I was having issues logging. Every time I would try to post it would log me out. It would take me 3 or 4 times to get it to post. I just got frustrated with it and quit posting. Hopefully I won't have this issue anymore.

1. Rumble Roller back

2. LCC&PP: 20kg x 8'@7rpm - switch on the 1:00 - hit 30 minutes with the 16kg so I am starting over with the 20kg

Still riding a lot. Went on a mountain bike trip to Western North Carolina (WNC) and rode trails at Fire Mountain in Cherokee one day and then rode some sweet trails the next day at Dupont State Forest. Not as much yoga as I should be doing.
