5.19.19

1. Rode Briar Chapel trails x 2 hours 50 minutes @ 16.5 miles.

I was not prepared for the heat. It was in the low to mid 90s. Hardly drank any water before going out and did not eat anything. Thought I was going to have to push it back to the house. Pretty sure I had slight heatstroke. I'll be better prepared next time.
