3. Did the linked flexibility/mobility routine using a wooden dowel. I had to sit with my back against the wall in the lowest position for about half of it, but I feel really good now! I am going to try to make this a regular thing.

1. FlowFit: Flow #2 x 3 rounds - I still get amazed by how taxing this is. My HR was up and breathing heavy just from 3 rounds.

1. Rode a new trail in Chapel Hill that is still a work in progress x 3 miles or so then hit another trail on the way back home x 4 miles or so.

1. Rode Briar Chapel trails x 2.5 hours @ 14 miles and it was so fucking hot and humid. Had to stop quite a bit and my main goal was to get home before throwing up or passing out.

Forgot to mention yesterday that I decided to focus just on yoga/YRG, flexibility, and mobility for the month of August. I will be doing pull-ups as well. And of course still riding as much as possible.
