Call him back, invoke the Patriot Act and whatnot.

And that's some sweet lifting- congrats!

Nice meet.

Takes alot of experience to be all business and still get it done when it isn't one of those days when your not feeling like you could eat nails.

BBOR
JK hit [email protected] Lots of 600+ benches, 3 from our Krewe, and 4 more 500+ benches including a HS 165 from Northshore. We picked up a lot of hardware and cash.
One of our guys broke both bones in his left forearm with 585 on the bar. Almost a pukey.

i hit 530, 550, 575, then a close miss at 600. A good day and a nice payday for me, not as good as Jesse's.

@fit had no one competing, surprisingly.

surprised by this week. after a saturday meet,
Monday did 405x3x3 in a loose shirt
tuesday did seesaw press with 88sx5

today with pinkies on ring hit 315x3, 365x3, 315x3, 365x3 in BP.

one of those days that come out of nowhere, this was my goal at end of bench cycle.

BTW, i like KB PL stuff and i think it is helping, but i think credit goes to good taper last week and bodyweight being up.

i will take it even if Bill went back to @fit.

Flew all weekend but got a lot of rest and food. Back not feeling too good but went up and trained with JK and his Krewe.
mobility
squat 245x3x3, 335x3, 425x3 add suit bottoms, loose wraps and belt 515x2, tighter wraps and belt 605x2, suit straps up and wraps tight 675x2 easy. 705x2 end of next cycle should be there.
Then the fun started. All up and back.
backward chain drags with t bar handle
sled drags with 2x45s
tire flipx5 (i suck at these, they all did 10 or more for sets)
wal;king lunges
backward sled drags 2x45s
sled drags 4x45s
sled drag 6x45s only halfway
Will enjoy the rest of the back off week.
Spent.
2 hours

No pukey, and no triathelete types wanted to play.

We offered.

Update:

i like my 88s. A lot.

Turns out i have a few fused verts in my neck. So no worries about the pins and needles a few months ago. Think it was a gymnastics accident like the Couch had.
