Missed some workout logging. Multiple driveway workouts of heavy carry, push & row, step ups, and swings. I do these in the driveway or street outside, it’s been 20 degrees out.
I use my two KBs, 45 and 55 LBs for the carries, step ups, and the 55 for swings and the row. For the carries, I walk a total of 1200 feet to the corner and back, switching hands at midpoint, so 4 x football fields. The grip and traps are what hurt at the end of it, but it’s a full body tension thing.
Added a backpack with a 45 lb bag of salt in it last night. It’s a good pack with a hip belt that puts the weight on the hips, which may make it too easy. Will try it with just the shoulder straps.
Had to get a new shock for my bike, $250, yikes.
