To the park for 10 laps x 10 push-ups per lap. Temps low 60s, ran the uphill sprints. Nice!

Yesterday, down to the park for 10 laps and push-ups. Did the longer route, so 30’ gain per sprint at around 70 yards.

Yesterday: 3.5 mile ruck with 25 LB pack, 800' of gain, 1.5 hours, estimate 1300 Kcals. Very rocky trails, treacherous footing particularly on the descent.

Rode the Allegrippis trails at Raystown Lake. Highly recommend them if ever nearby. Flowing trails, lots and up and down, awesome views of the lake.

Yesterday, snow cardio as a cleaned 3 driveways of 10” of heavy concrete. Fun! Used a blower, but still hard work.

Today, farmer walks, push and pulls, swings, and a new thing TGU with a 40 lb bag of rock salt. With the arthritis I can’t do real TGUs so just held bag on shoulder and got up/back down. Will see him how it goes, upping the weight once I’ve got the groove.

Yesterday, went MTBike riding, but when I got to the site, my rear shock was deflated and pedals just about on the ground. Bummer. Will take to bike shop today.

Went for a ruck instead, about 2 miles, 300’ elevation gain. Temps 20 degrees. Beautiful thanksgiving day, and my 58th birthday.

Dropped bike off at the shop, then another ruck/hike. It was up and down a hill, 3 miles, 630’ el gain, 1+20 time. Temps in mid 20s, tried to avoid sweating on the uphill, but no joy. Enjoyed the cold wind freezing my sweaty hair at the top, brrr. Nice day in the woods!
