In a phrase, don't bother. A lot of rehashed material from Body Flow and Warrior Wellness. Not worth the $100 retail price. A few small nuggets of knowledge but that's about it. It's a loosely edited video from one of his seminars and it is not structured at all as far as I can tell. You'll learn something from it if you don't have any of his other stuff but your money is better spent elswhere. Disappointing.
I hear ya. There's even parts of the video where it's just dead air with no one talking and the camera pointed at the back of Scott's head.
