Author of The Book of Not-Knowing. Has good stuff for free, interesting podcasts and also irregular "consciousness exercises" that are from his books. Contemplation food for thought. Here's an example ponderable...

***
Consciousness Exercise:

If what you do, what you say, what you stand for and your actions are all in alignment with each other and with your internal experience, what happens?

If you’re able to keep your words and actions aligned, what possibilities arise? What can you accomplish from this place of increased integrity?

It's been a long time since I read Zen Body-Being. I thought it had some good things in it, but always had an air of bullshido.... I'll take a look at the blog later.
